Ten Week Transformation Program £600
This ten week program offers you the opportunity to work on several different areas of your life at a deep level, or on longer term life goals, mindset and lifestyle changes.
Six Week Transformation Program £360
The six week program enables us to explore your goals and challenges, and how you can make lasting changes to your lifestyle, thinking or behaviour, in one or more specific areas of your life.
Three Week Starter Program £180
An introduction to coaching and how it can help you to get really clear on what you want from life, what's getting in the way, and how you can overcome those barriers to create a lifestyle that works best for you.
Life Strategy Session (90 minutes) £90
Individual coaching session for you to review your life right now, get clarity on what needs to change, and begin taking steps towards a lifestyle that works for you. Use this as a stepping-stone to a coaching program, or as a standalone session.
Additional coaching sessions can be added to your initial program in blocks of three, so you can have my help and support for as long as you need it.
Coaching sessions can either be Walk and Talk in green spaces in Hertfordshire, a quiet hotel lounge, telephone or online. Monthly instalment options are available. Please ask.
