The way we work is changing

More people are working remotely or part-time than ever before. Without the social relationships, the creative conversations, or the time to really interact with each other, the workplace is changing for everyone. For leaders this brings a new challenge, more people are working alone and it's hard to know how people are really getting on if you don't see them often. Even if you see your team every day, being the leader can feel isolating, particularly when your former peers now view you as the boss. It's been said before that it's lonely at the top, but it doesn't have to be.

My leadership and executive coaching programs are a little different from the traditional, to meet the needs of our changing ways of working. With an emphasis on work/life balance, communication and wellbeing for you and for the people you lead, I'll help you to grow as a leader and develop good habits that will benefit you in all aspects of your life, not just at work.

Leadership and executive coaching programs include 1-1 coaching sessions, pre-arranged check-in points, and my availability via email between sessions.  You can choose the frequency of your 1-1 sessions, which can be at your workplace, at a luxury Hertfordshire venue, or a Skype call.
