Simply put, you’ll have more clarity, be more focused, and get to where you’re going faster and with less overwhelm with the support of a coach.

I don’t just say this because I’m a coach, although that does give me some experience of how much of a difference it can make. I’ve seen it in my clients.  When I was changing career a few years ago, determined to achieve my goal of training to be a coach and start my own practice, working with a coach was the thing that made the biggest difference.

Not only did I get the clarity, focus and accountability I needed, it also gave me the space to explore my self-talk, my limiting beliefs, and get out of my own way.

We spend such a big part of our lives working, I truly believe that it should be as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. So whether you’re happy in your career but ready for the next level, or stuck in a rut and looking for something new, I can help. My coaching style is warm and friendly, with a down-to-earth, practical and pragmatic approach. So if this resonates with you, let’s see if we can work together.

I’ve been on quite a career journey myself in the past 10 or so years. From working in Social Care, to exploring possibilities of becoming a counsellor (I decided after the foundation course it wasn’t for me) to training as a coach and leaving my job to embark on a coaching career. But becoming a coach was the beginning of something I hadn’t expected, as an associate coaching role became an opportunity to oversee mentoring and assessment for a coach training provider, and not long after, their Head of Operations.

It’s been quite a thrilling adventure, and I’ve enjoyed working with freshly trained coaches as they embark on their new career, as well as working with my clients who have taken huge leaps, or steady steps forward to achieving their career goals.
