Heartwood Forest

Walk and Talk at Heartwood Forest Sunday 17th March 2019 – Walking for Wellbeing (FREE)

This walk is for you if you have too many things going on in your head, you're stressed, or you need space to think clearly or make some decisions. A leisurely walk at Heartwood Forest, to walk, talk, listen, reflect, get some gentle exercise and space to think.

Join in as much or as little as you want to. Whether you want to chat, or space to be with your thoughts, you'll get some clarity and be re-energised and refocused just by walking in the fresh air. If you'd like a different perspective on something, let me know beforehand or at the start of the walk, I can offer individual 20-minute coaching conversations to up to 3 people during the walk.

If you're not sure what to expect, just come along and try it out. We run through everything at the start of the walk, and you're welcome to stay afterwards for a private conversation if you want to ask any questions. Anything you want to know beforehand, just send me a message.
